Perform routine build and configuration in Epic Resolute PB and PB Claims and related products Act as Level 2 technical support, coordinating issue resolution and vendor communications Lead and mentor other analysts, providing training and support during Go‑Lives and Mock clinics Collaborate with OCHIN teams to address integration issues and document complex workflows Manage multiple projects, defining and delegating build deliverables for revenue cycle analysts What is Required (Qualifications)

Experience in Epic Resolute PB and PB Claims configuration and support Proven ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to travel up to 25% for on‑site support How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
