Role mission: To build relationships and close deals that increase the company’s revenue and expand business globally. Responsibilities
Develop and execute a growth strategy to expand ORIGIN’s client base across music, tech, gaming and more Build and maintain relationships with marketing decision-makers (VPs/Heads/Directors of Brand, Digital, Social, and Content) Identify partnership opportunities and lead outreach, negotiation, and contract closing Create compelling sales narratives that communicate ORIGIN’s marketing and creative value Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, and operations) to deliver high-impact campaigns and KPIs for clients Track performance, pipeline metrics, and revenue goals; report directly to leadership Represent ORIGIN at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build visibility and pipeline Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competitive landscape Collaboration
Work closely with CEO and COO to set and achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets Partner with COO on building out, maintaining and growing sales pipeline across the following verticals: talent, gaming, AI/tech and more Coordinate with operations and finance on contracts, invoicing, and performance tracking Standards
Exceptional communicator with persuasive storytelling ability Results-driven with a proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets Deep understanding of marketing, digital media and music Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive and self-starter mindset Operates with integrity, speed, and precision in all client interactions and communication Requirements
3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within marketing, entertainment, or tech Proven track record of closing mid-to-large scale brand or agency deals Strong network in music, gaming, or digital media industries Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments Bonus: Familiarity with influencer marketing, creator economy, or digital advertising metrics (CPV, CPM, etc.) Note: This description focuses on the role responsibilities, collaboration, standards, and requirements.
