Immediate hiring Legal Intake Client Support in our North Richland Hills location. Join to apply for the Full Time Legal Intake Client Support - NRH role at Legal Intake Professionals. Our Representatives are the initial point of contact for clients seeking assistance with personal injury matters, and empathy, compassion, accuracy, and communication skills are vital. Customer Service Experience is a plus but not required. This is an in-office position. Responsibilities
Receive incoming client calls, follow detailed scripts, fill out intake forms while talking to clients, and receive calls electronically and by live transfer. Set the tone and pace of calls while maintaining a professional attitude and showing empathy and patience with potential clients. Qualifications
Good verbal and written communication skills, specifically spelling, grammar, and diction Professional phone voice that shows customer care and concern Active-listening skills to ensure client information is gathered correctly and fully Ability to ask appropriate questions Ability to converse with various personalities and collect pertinent details to determine viability of claims Accurate and fast typing skills PC/Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays High School Diploma or GED, and must be 18 years of age Benefits For Full Time Employees

Full Time - 40 hours Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 3pm-12am You must be available to work a Saturday OR Sunday each week You must be very punctual with great attendance. Training
Training starts on 11/27/25, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST, for two weeks: one week of classroom training and one week of Training Bay. Permanent schedule will go in effect Sunday, 11/30/25.
