Overview
EADEM is a fast-growing skincare brand rooted in science, storytelling, and cultural authenticity. Our mission is to redefine beauty standards by creating high-performance products that speak to diverse skin tones and global perspectives. We’re building a brand that’s as editorial as it is innovative—and we’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator Freelancer who can help shape our next chapter. You’ll manage day-to-day social media operations—creating, scheduling, and publishing content that reflects our brand voice and visual identity. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media trends, understands what drives engagement, and loves translating brand moments into fresh, shareable content. You’ll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to plan the content calendar, capture photo and video assets, and foster authentic conversations within our community. Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute social media strategy across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok Plan, create, and schedule a consistent stream of high-quality, visually-compelling content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals. Manage the content calendar, ensuring a regular cadence of posts, stories, and other engaging formats. Content creation
Creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shooting and editing photo/video content Writing captions and scripts Community Engagement & Analytics
Support EADEM in our online communities (e.g., TYB), actively engaging with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner. Foster a positive and inclusive environment for our community. Monitor the performance of social media channels, tracking key metrics and providing regular reports on growth, engagement, and other performance indicators. Qualifications
2+ years of proven experience in social media management Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Understanding of the beauty and skincare industry, including current trends and competitive landscape Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and community building Self-starter, able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Additional Note
This is a freelance, independent contractor role. The individual will not be classified as an employee of EADEM and will be responsible for their own taxes, benefits, and insurance coverage. Seniority level
