Base Pay Range $180,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr

Our products are sold through major retailers, Amazon, and direct-to-consumer channels, reaching millions of loyal customers every year.
Position Summary The Director / VP / Head of Product Marketing will lead integrated product marketing strategy and execution across multiple consumer brands. This role bridges strategy and execution, developing integrated marketing plans that drive growth and deepen engagement.
Key Responsibilities Translate company vision into actionable marketing plans, develop a three-year roadmap, lead go-to-market launches, define brand storytelling, and mentor a high-performing team across marketing, innovation, and communications. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 10% annual topline growth from new launches, 5% from existing SKUs, margin expansion, measurable ROI, and on-time delivery of initiatives.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years in CPG, wellness, or beauty marketing; proven track record in launching and scaling brands.
