As we expand globally, we’re looking for a

CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

to own user retention, engagement, and reactivation across Freedx’s communication channels. You’ll manage CleverTap campaigns, design email and push journeys, and segment users to deliver personalized experiences that drive activity and loyalty. This is a strategic yet hands‑on role for someone passionate about data‑driven lifecycle marketing and customer engagement.

What You’ll Do

Own the end‑to‑end CRM ecosystem, including CleverTap, email marketing, and push notification campaigns

Design and implement lifecycle journeys for onboarding, activation, retention, and re‑engagement

Segment users based on KYC level, activity status, product usage, and value tiers

Develop and launch automated workflows, A/B tests, and personalized messaging based on user behavior

Collaborate with Growth and Product teams to ensure event tracking and audience segmentation are aligned with business goals

Measure and optimize campaign performance across open rates, CTRs, conversion rates, and retention KPIs

Write, schedule, and manage weekly CRM campaigns that align with product launches, marketing activations, and user milestones

Maintain deliverability, compliance, and data hygiene standards across all CRM systems

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing—ideally in fintech, crypto, or e‑commerce

Proven experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (CleverTap, Braze, HubSpot, or similar)

Strong understanding of audience segmentation, behavioral targeting, and funnel analytics

Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail in campaign execution

Analytical mindset with experience using data to iterate and optimize lifecycle campaigns

Comfort working cross‑functionally with product, data, and creative teams

(Bonus) Familiarity with mobile attribution tools like Appsflyer and event‑based tracking setups
