Work Location: Knoxville, TN Telework Type: Part-Time Telework This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules are determined in consultation with supervision. Job Summary

In this role, you will participate in subcontract formation and/or administration. Subcontract formation includes leading preparation and review of bid request packages and developing project contracts operating procedures. Subcontract administration includes continual progress review, forecasting, and communication of difficulties. Your work will ensure subcontract compliance with project requirements. Major Responsibilities

Subcontract Management: Implements the Supply Chain Assignment Schedule, manages assigned subcontracts with continual progress review, coordinates with designated staff on contractual rights and obligations, and manages moderate contract changes by negotiation. Subcontract Formation: Conforms and ensures subcontract execution, directs negotiation in the commitment of subcontracts, develops and issues subcontracts and services agreements, prepares bidders’ lists and pre-qualifies bidders, forms and issues bid request packages, coordinates bidder questions, receives and evaluates bids, prepares Commercial Bid Summary and recommendations, secures approvals, prepares subcontract documents, and organizes and conducts pre-bid, bid clarification, and pre-award meetings; conducts meeting notes. Education And Experience Requirements

Requires bachelor\'s degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience Required Knowledge And Skills

Proficiency in all phases of the formation and award of large, moderately complex contracts. Working knowledge of engineering/construction industry contracting practices and supply chain requirements, policies, procedures and work practices. Skill in working and communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, with other project functional groups. Experience with managing different contract types, fee arrangements and contract terms. Total Rewards/Benefits
