About This Role Orchestra is seeking an Editorial and Content Strategist to lead the creation and curation of impactful, long-form written content across our brand. Sitting within the marketing team, this role will amplify Orchestra’s voice and thought leadership, showcasing our expertise and insights across various platforms. The Editorial and Content Strategist will develop and execute a cohesive brand content strategy, produce smart content at scale, and support executive thought leadership initiatives. The ideal candidate is a storyteller and strategist who can plan from scratch, move between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution, and ensure Orchestra’s written presence reflects the creativity, expertise, and innovation of our company and brands. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes compelling narratives and is ready to make a bold mark on a growing, fast-moving brand. Role location : This role is based in our New York, NY office on a hybrid basis. Orchestra staff are in-office 3 days per week. Accountabilities & Qualifications As the Editorial and Content Strategist, you will… Develop a cohesive content vision that aligns with Orchestra’s brand, marketing goals, and thought leadership objectives, translating key themes and narratives into compelling stories across digital, social, and owned channels Write and edit multi-part series, blog posts, articles, and other long-form content that reflect Orchestra’s expertise, innovation, and strategic insights Collaborate with executives and subject-matter experts to shape perspectives into compelling narratives, conducting interviews and editing content for external publication Partner with internal teams to ensure content is integrated with campaigns, initiatives, and broader marketing programs Maintain high editorial standards while managing a high volume of output Ensure consistency of voice, messaging, and style across all platforms Monitor content performance, gather insights, and adjust editorial strategy to maximize engagement, reach, and impact Essential Skills 6+ years of professional experience, ideally as a journalist or in high-volume editorial and/or digital content roles; experience in communications, B2B marketing, or thought leadership programs is a strong plus Exceptional ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging long-form content at scale.
