We provide personalized ABA therapy for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our BCBAs, Case Supervisors, and Technicians collaborate with parents to create tailored treatment plans addressing each child’s distinct needs.

Job Description

We are seeking fun and energetic individuals who will provide evidence-based behavioral therapy to individuals in need of support. Our Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) teach communication, social, self-help, and play skills through Applied Behavioral Analysis principles. The program is overseen by Clinical Directors and experienced BCBAs who can offer supervision. RBT training is provided, and fees are covered by Behavioral Health Works. Responsibilities

Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy. Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions. Demonstrate professionalism and maintain a goal-oriented approach. Maintain an energetic, fun personality to engage active children. Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally. Collaborate with a professional team to achieve positive outcomes. Travel to and from client homes using reliable personal transportation. Complete onboarding requirements and initial training period.

Qualifications

High School Diploma (or equivalent) at minimum. Access to a smartphone or similar device capable of capturing client session data; tech-savvy. Willingness to undergo a criminal background clearance. Proof of a negative TB test, pre-employment physical, and immunities to MMR/Varicella-Zoster during onboarding (paid by us). Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and car insurance. Active participation during entire sessions, including interactive play as needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Desire to be involved in a collaborative team with a drive to achieve positive outcomes. Exposure to individuals with Autism or special needs is a plus. Bilingualism is a plus; higher pay rate offered for bilingual candidates.

Compensation:

$21.00 - $28.00 per hour

Part-time, 10 - 15 hours per week

Schedule

Minimum commitment of at least 6 hours of availability during core service hours, at least 2 days per week Afternoons and evenings (3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.) Monday to Friday
