Compensation:
Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The annual base pay range for this position is $55,000-$65,000. Additional Compensation:
Employees may be eligible to receive annual incentive bonuses depending on their job classification and the policy guidelines. Benefits:
Employees are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. Employees are provided company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability. Employees are also able to enroll in the company’s 401k retirement savings plan. Paid Time Off:
Employees accrue 0.0385 hours of PTO per hour worked up to a maximum of 80 hours per calendar year. Employees receive 6 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and employees accrue up to a maximum of 4 paid floating holidays per calendar year. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms. Job Summary The Account Manager directly oversees one Tier 1 or 2 Towne Park account and is responsible for account performance for financial, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives. Duties And Responsibilities Financial and Business Systems Management Understands and drives business metrics and performance measurements to ensure effectiveness, high performance and compliance. Demonstrates the ability to improve the financial performance and profitability of the account. Understands the contractual agreement and recognizes ways to maximize opportunities. Demonstrates the ability to positively move the metrics for forecasting, productivity, claims, customer service, and turnover. Manages scheduling, overtime for associates under direct supervision, tip reporting, and timekeeping. Ensures forecasts, payroll and accounting reports are on time and accurate. Effective use of standardized business systems and adherence to Towne Park policies and procedures. Human Resources Engages in recruitment and hiring to assemble the best team for the location and retains talent. Provides orientation and on-the-job training to new associates and supports ongoing development. Recognizes performance and provides growth opportunities for top performers. Conducts regular performance appraisals and coaches direct reports. Holds effective associate meetings and ensures shift huddles on every shift. Maintains appropriate discipline and timely performance documentation. Delegates responsibilities to optimize decision making. Service Management Delivers consistent guest/patient service across shifts. Allocates labor resources efficiently to support service delivery. Plans for seasonal variances in business to ensure proper staffing levels in collaboration with Area/District Manager and HR. Understands client service standards and integrates Towne Park’s standards to complement them. Knows client service metrics and contributes to driving results. Client Relations Management Develops cohesive relationships with client staff and maintains regular communication. Maintains visibility at the site and ensures the team focuses on client objectives. Seizes opportunities to grow Towne Park’s business by building client loyalty. Systems and Standards Understands and uses Towne Park systems to control assets and expenditures. Trains others to use systems properly and maintains a clean work environment. Completes tasks in a timely manner and collaborates with management to meet customer needs. Treats clients and associates with courtesy, respect and dignity; maintains confidentiality as needed. Safety and Risk Management Follows safety procedures and reports incidents promptly. Uses equipment safely and reports high-risk areas and concerns. Ensures training in safety and loss prevention for associates; cooperates with Risk Management on claims. Adheres to disciplinary processes for at-fault claims and safety violations. Supports workers’ compensation processes with HR where applicable. Sales Responsibilities Maintains client relationships to obtain references and new opportunities; informs leadership of client changes. Communicates client status and changes in ownership or management as appropriate. Monitors client business for opportunities and growth potential. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects under pressure; meet deadlines. Strong work ethic, energy, and persistence to achieve goals. Professionalism under changing conditions; maintains stability. Proficiency with MS Office and relevant technology; strong written and verbal communication. Ability to represent the company in diverse settings and respect for diverse cultures. Ability to interpret general policies, procedures, manuals, and communications; craft professional internal/external communications. Qualifications Associate’s degree preferred and a minimum of two years of related experience or training; or equivalent. Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, HR and customer service. Must be able to drive a manual transmission and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. For insurance purposes, must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a criminal background, MVR and drug screen.
