About the Role

Seeking a mid-level Program Security Representative I to provide multi-discipline security support for Special Access Programs (SAPs) at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security protocols, SAP and SCI eligibility, and experience in compliance and risk assessment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to national security by ensuring strict adherence to security policies and supporting US military operations.

Job Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day multi-discipline security support for SAP, SCI, and collateral activities Ensure compliance with NISPOM, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policies Assist in developing and executing safeguarding policies and procedures Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews and follow-ups Monitor and track corrective actions from compliance reviews Identify security vulnerabilities, threats, and risks in operational activities Conduct preliminary inquiries and damage assessments for classified information loss Coordinate with SAP security personnel to update security education and awareness programs Brief personnel at all levels on security-related topics Support contractor and subordinate facility security oversight Required Skills

Job Requirements

Must have a TS security clearance with SCI eligibility Minimum 5 years of related security experience, with SAP experience preferred Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Ability to adhere strictly to NISPOM, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policies Strong analytical skills to identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks Experience conducting security compliance reviews and facility oversight Excellent communication skills to brief government and civilian personnel Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph Ability to travel 10%-25% as required Demonstrated ability to develop and implement security training programs
