Oversee daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees), ensuring guest satisfaction and desired outcomes such as sales, profitability, and employee retention. Lead the restaurant management team, overseeing financial controls, operations, people development, guest service, and Pizza Hut compliance across all shifts. Work long and/or irregular shifts, including extra shifts as needed for proper restaurant functioning. Report to an Area Coach and directly manage Team Members, Delivery Drivers, Shift Managers, and Assistant Managers. Interact with restaurant team members, management, Area Coaches, customers, field operations team, and external vendors. Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED preferred. Complete all internal certification programs. 1-2 years of restaurant management experience. Strong understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability. Ability to prioritize and organize own and others’ work and time to meet deadlines and objectives.
