Business System Administrator - Supply Chain Manage user accounts, security permissions, and role-based access across supply chain systems. Configure, monitor, and maintain supply chain business applications to ensure optimal performance. Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, standard procedures, and troubleshooting workflows. Collaborate closely with the supply chain and IT teams to resolve access or functionality issues. Serve as an internal subject matter expert for supply chain system-related questions and support requests. Conduct user onboarding, training, and continuous support for both internal and external system users. Partner with IT security and administration teams to ensure compliance with data and access protocols. Support a combination of internal and external applications to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business systems administration or a related technical field. Strong ownership mindset with a proven ability to diagnose, prioritize, and resolve customer issues. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and levels. Skilled in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint. Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline. Experience with SAP and/or Coupa preferred. Background in automotive or manufacturing operations is a plus. Strong project management and multitasking abilities. Capable of working independently while driving strategic and tactical improvements.
