We are offering a $10,000 sign‑on bonus for new hires who accept a full‑time offer. The bonus will be paid out $5,000 upon successful completion of 90 days of employment and $5,000 after 12 months from the date of hire.
Shift & Location
Full‑time: 40 hrs/week, Monday‑Friday 7:00 am‑5:30 pm
Per diem and part‑time opportunities also available
No holidays, no weekends, no call

Job Summary
Assist surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals during surgical procedures and ensure a safe, smooth operation of the operating room.
Prepare the operating room, set up sterile supplies, instruments, and equipment.
Transport patients to the operating room, position them, and maintain their safety and comfort.
Pass instruments, supplies, and equipment to the surgical team during procedures.
Follow proper sterilization techniques to maintain sterility of instruments and supplies.
Maintain accurate documentation, including counts of sponges, sharps, and instruments used.
Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other team members.
Assist in preparing the surgical site with sterile drapes and solutions.
Secure and manage surgical drains and catheters as directed by the surgeon.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
BLS Certification (preferred)
CST certification (preferred)
Experience as a Surgical Technologist: 0–1 year required, 1–2 years preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of surgical procedures, instrumentation, and sterile techniques.
Familiarity with surgical equipment and OR technology.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Calm under pressure, able to handle stressful situations during surgeries.
Understanding of infection control protocols and patient safety measures.
Compensation Hourly rate: $27.84 – $39.84
