$12,000 for eligible new hires to this role

What You’ll Do As Nurse Director, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Provide clinical support to nurses and non-clinical staff in assigned programs.
Supervise Assistant Nurse Directors in service area.
Assist with screening referrals
Review medical records and physician orders to ensure program compliance, updating information as needed.
Participate in program audits and other quality improvement initiatives.
Participate in investigations/inquiries providing content expertise and explanation of agency processes and practices.
What You Bring
Required: Active RN license (5 years) in MA, driver’s license, and reliable car.
Preferred: Two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities
Experience: Supporting mental health needs (personal or professional).
Skills: Clear communication, basic computer use, and teamwork.
Bonus: Multilingual or lived experience with recovery.
