Hybrid Work This is a hybrid role (3 days in office / 2 days remote).
About Your Team International brokerage firm seeks to add a team member to its Estate Administration Group. General familiarity with Microsoft Office, email, and an administrative office environment is required. No specific knowledge of estate matters is required; we will train. The successful candidate will work with two other team members to process documents, communicate with clients, and complete routine administrative tasks. A sharp self‑starter who can communicate professionally will be a good fit for this position.
Responsibilities The third member of the Estate Administration team will focus on administrative and client service tasks, processing the distribution of assets in deceased clients' accounts. Key duties include using multiple IBKR systems to instruct executors and beneficiaries on the required documents, processing forms and documents received, submitting transfer requests, and answering internal and external queries.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics
Strong problem‑solving and demonstrated analytical skills

Strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize a heavy workload under the pressure of completing assignments within time constraints
Excellent computer skills and experience using Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as the ability to present data clearly and concisely

This role's anticipated base salary range is $70,000 to $90,000 annually, based on skills and experience. The offered salary is just part of the total compensation package.
