$75.00/hr – $83.00/hr Required Experience: Zuora experience is mandatory. Recent hands‑on subscription experience is required. Candidates without Zuora and subscription experience will be declined. Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field. 10+ years of experience in a process analyst role, including substantial experience in Enterprise Applications (e.g., eCommerce, Salesforce, ERP, Zuora, etc.) Strong knowledge in enterprise CRM, CPQ, Order to Cash, SaaS/Cloud applications, with an enthusiasm to gain and apply new knowledge. Familiarity with process mapping and modeling techniques. Good understanding of business processes including CPQ, eCommerce, Contract, Subscription, ERP, Entitlement and Fulfillment systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, study and interpret complex data. Ability to manage and perform multiple complex tasks as part of the daily work assignment. Systems / Tools: - Google Workplace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, calendar) - Microsoft Office Application Suite - SFDC CPQ, Contracts and CRM modules Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate process changes and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels. Job Description: As a vital team member, you will identify areas of improvement in current business processes, develop and implement new strategies and technologies, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful adoption of new procedures. Conduct process audits and performance assessments to ensure the effectiveness of new processes and provide training and support to team members to ensure best practices are followed. Job Responsibilities: Analyze current business processes, workflows, and procedures to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement optimized processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute new Quote to Cash products aligned with organizational goals. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented features, measure key performance indicators and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and process improvement methodologies. Help drive the roadmap for business process automation related to subscription functions; Quote to Cash. Plan, implement and monitor business process changes for projects. Assist in making business decisions relating to system implementation, modification, maintenance, etc. Analyze complex business problems relating to end‑to‑end processes involving CPQ, Subscription Management, Entitlement Management, ERP. Collaborate closely with IT Architects and product management to define and implement effective and efficient solutions to help scale the business. Assume a hands‑on role in testing solutions, identifying issues, validating solutions meet specifications and communicate to team members. Present analyses, solutions and business cases to senior management. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to develop business process requirements. Benefits Package:
