Senior Manager, Product Management - Card Site

About the Team Our Card Site plays a critical role in our acquisition funnel and decisioning. The Card’s Site Platform team is seeking a Senior Product Manager who will define the strategy and deliver the capabilities to maintain the core site platform, deliver critical personalization investments across the full customer journey, and lead the horizontal working team of acquisition stakeholders contributing new experiences to the Site.
Responsibilities
Owning the Card Site platform – the front door for customers shopping and applying for C1 credit cards
Defining the strategy to invest in our real‑time data infrastructure for deeper personalization
Leading & defining the working model for front‑end teams at Capital One to deliver experiences through our Site Platform in a well‑managed way
Product Framework In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management:

Basic Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently holds, or is in the process of obtaining, one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field)
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products
