Prepare and execute new lease agreements and renewal leases. Maintain the overall appearance, cleanliness, and daily operations of the community. Conduct regular property inspections and document any lease violations, issuing notices when necessary. Show available units to prospective residents and process rental applications. Oversee rent collection efforts. Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests. Qualifications
Previous experience in management and clerical duties preferred. Superior closing ratios when leasing / creative resident retention ability. Positive enthusiastic customer service. Strong organization and time management skills. Understanding and control of financial expenses versus income. Able to follow directives / understand the value of constructive criticism. Social media and computer savvy - email, Excel and property software (Yardi or other). Always punctual. Excellent communication skills. Benefits
