Base pay range
$75,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Financial Analyst
Our client, a well-established and mission-driven organization, is seeking a
Financial Analyst
with a strong accounting background to join their finance team. This position plays a key role in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis across multiple facilities, supporting both operational and executive leadership. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the
annual budgeting process , including preparation of financial data and supporting analyses. Prepare
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
in accordance with established standards and deadlines. Conduct
financial reviews
with facility leadership, providing insight into results and variances. Complete and distribute
board-level financial reports
and assist with external reporting requirements. Perform
reconciliations, internal audits, and variance analyses
to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Support the preparation of
actuarial data requests ,
Medicare cost reports , and other regulatory filings. Develop
multi-year financial projections
and recurring analyses to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
required;
MBA or CPA
preferred. 3-5 years of experience in
general accounting and financial reporting . Strong understanding of
P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements . Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
and other MS Office applications. Experience with
Great Plains, Solver, or Management Reporter
software a plus. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
