Kforce's client, one of NYC's iconic real estate owners/developers/managers, is seeking an addition to their Accounting/Finance team as a Senior Accountant. You will report to the Controller and be responsible for a wide variety of accounting, analytical and reporting functions for numerous corporate and property functions. Perform a wide range of accounting, analytical and reporting tasks for corporate and property functions under the direction of the Controller. Requirements
Degree in Accounting (CPA preferred) 4-8 years of high-caliber public and/or corporate accounting experience, preferably with real estate industry exposure Strong Excel experience is essential Must be a quick thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills Notes on compensation and benefits We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Pay information The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range.
