Executive Assistant to CEO - Venture Capital Firm
Our client, a global venture capital firm, is seeking a dynamic executive assistant to support their CEO with strategic-level support and operational initiatives. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a leader with deep ties to innovation, policy, and social impact.
Salary:
$120,000 - $150,000 base + bonus + benefits
Schedule:
Onsite 5 days in SoHo when CEO is in NYC. Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH when CEO is traveling.
Responsibilities:
Manage day‑to‑day coordination and strategic support including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and scheduling engagements
Oversee and book domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics for the founder
Assist with note‑taking, meeting preparation, follow‑ups, and logistics
Provide light backup administrative support to the NY leadership team as needed
Coordinate with the global administrative team to align calendars, itineraries, and logistics
Manage NYC office including key vendors, invoices, events, and inventory
Light personal assistant support (10% of role)
Ad‑hoc projects to support the Investor Relations team
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience providing high‑touch support to a senior leader
Experience in VC/PE/Startup/fast‑paced environment preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
Experience working with senior leaders, boards, and external stakeholders
