In This Position Are you a seasoned Product Manager with a passion for agile methodologies and customer‑centric innovation? The GDI&A Customer 360 (C360) Portfolio is seeking an IT Product Manager Specialist to oversee the strategic planning, integration, discovery, and governance of a vast ecosystem. This portfolio comprises more than 100 Ford products dedicated to seamlessly capturing, storing, and retrieving customer information across diverse Ford experiences. In this highly collaborative role, you will work hand‑in‑hand with Product Owners, Software Engineers, Designers, and Subject‑Matter Experts to deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
Work with Product teams to set strategy, define the product roadmap, and convey that to the development team while adhering to agile software principles, culture, best practices, and techniques.
Partner with Portfolio Owner/Product Line Owners to develop SSDA/Customer Analytics plans for future development and processes.
Support documentation and process for running the demand management process.
Ensure OKRs are translated into Epics, Sub‑Epics, and Features across multiple teams, map dependencies, and coordinate release plans.
Facilitate iteration/scrum planning across the portfolio, driving the right priorities across various product groups/teams.
Measure each product line/product success in their transformation journey and suggest improvements.
Facilitate product demos for product lines and products.
Coordinate team activities day‑to‑day to deliver effectively and drive continuous improvement.
Set clear goals and measure key results to ensure outcomes.
Communicate dependencies across products and product lines.
Supervise core delivery metrics (SDPI) and operational metrics.
Promote Agile principles and facilitate team ceremonies, including iteration planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and daily standups.
Foster open and frequent communication and collaboration with product teams.
Help partners understand our iterative development approach.
Innovate and iterate on Agile PM processes and share findings.
Promote best‑practice sharing and process consistency within the product portfolio and other GDI&A products.
Qualifications
5+ years of Product Manager experience.
Bachelor of Science degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field.
Skilled at defining and prioritizing backlog work items.
Strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to teach others.
Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate sophisticated decision‑making.
Experience with JIRA or similar Agile tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree.
JIRA queries and reporting experience.
RDBMS experience writing basic queries.
Familiarity with Hopscotch/Postman and/or SOAPUI and API.
Familiarity with HTML development.
Previous success working with an agile development team.
Background in design or software development.
Experience with Test‑Driven Development, Paired Programming.
Experience writing clear, concise stories from the user perspective.

Compensation Salary grades SG5 – SG8
