Inside Salesperson – Industrial Plating Company, Inc. We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Salesperson that thrives in an outbound focused technical sales environment. This position involves making outbound cold calls and emails, taking incoming phone, chats, and online inquiries from customers, following up on quotes, responding to inquiries, generating new business through outreach, and exceeding sales goals. The Inside Salesperson will be responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Job Description

· Promote the sale of products and services offered by Industrial Plating to current customers and prospects · Educate and inform current and potential customers of Industrial Plating solutions and services through phone calls, emails, and other contact methods. · Work with Sales Engineers to provide timely, accurate and uniform quotes and document communication for use by customer service and operations. · Promote new sales through coordinated teamwork as directed by the President. · Promote good working relationships and teamwork with all employees. · Must be flexible and perform other duties not listed below to meet Industrial Plating\'s changing needs. Scope and Details Description

· Primarily conduct daily outbound cold calls and emails to prospective customers. Conduct onsite customer visits as required. · Document all communications associated with customers/vendors in CRM / Hubspot. · Respond quickly and courteously to customer inquiries. · Provide a weekly report of all leads provided for quoting and win/loss results of quotes provided to customers. · Maintain and expand company database of prospects. · Provide accurate and complete job related details to Sales Engineers and Operations for the proper quoting of jobs and subsequent processing of the job. · Provide weekly sales reports and metrics to President as directed. · Assist marketing efforts with special projects that promote increased sales opportunities such as mailings, email campaigns, working trade shows and following up leads, demonstrations, and telemarketing. · Develop and maintain an organized list of priorities consistent with guidance from President. · Recommend and participate in Sales process improvement with Operations Manager and President. This includes participation in Sales meetings as scheduled and directed. · Use significant problem-solving skills to evaluate competitive sales activities such as quoting, product promotion, customer complaints, etc. Make recommendations of corrective measures which will resolve the issues while maintaining profitable objectives. · Assist Operations Manager in resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions, and making recommendations. Requirements

Successful candidates in this role have either a strong inside sales/customer service background, or technical industrial experience or both. Inside sales and/or customer service experience Track record of over-achieving quotas Strong phone presence BA/BS degree or technical/mechanical sales background preferred Knowledge of coatings or other industrial equipment a plus Experience working with a CRM system, Salesforce.com, Hubspot, or similar Excellent verbal and written communications skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Familiarity with Windows operating systems and applications The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. Once leads identified, this candidate will reach out and meet with the business\'s decision makers to better understand their business needs and how our product could help them. Responsibilities
