Our client, a leading Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Complex Litigation Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience (possibly open to a 6th year) to join their litigation team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional research and writing skills, strong academic credentials from a top law school, and experience managing sophisticated legal matters in a collaborative, in-office environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior federal judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
Demonstrated interest in environmental law is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities
Handle complex litigation, regulatory matters, and enforcement defense cases.
Conduct in-depth legal research, draft motions, and prepare for court appearances and trials.
Collaborate with partners on diverse matters.
Develop litigation skills through hands‑on experience, including motion practice and trial preparation.
Contribute to cross‑office and cross‑departmental initiatives, gaining exposure to a variety of clients and legal matters.
Requirements
