Overview We’re hiring a motivated and compassionate
Orthopedic Physical Therapist
to join our expanding outpatient team across
North Metro Atlanta . This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and musculoskeletal conditions in a team-driven, patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal diagnoses, including pre- and post-surgical cases. Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans focused on recovery, mobility, and long-term health. Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and patient instruction. Collaborate closely with referring providers and care team members to ensure optimal outcomes. Monitor and document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in PT from an accredited program Active
Georgia PT license
(or eligibility to obtain) 1+ year experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy preferred CPR/BLS certification required Strong interpersonal, clinical reasoning, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification or working toward it Skilled in advanced manual therapy, dry needling, or sports rehab techniques Experience with post-op protocols (e.g., total joints, ACL reconstruction, shoulder repairs)
