The Risk Analyst is responsible for performing research and analytical work for the safety, security, and operation audit teams with a focus on areas of cost management, performance benchmarking, action-plan tracking, control measures, and staffing requirements. The role involves reporting the effectiveness of risk, security and safety procedures using cost accounting methods, and developing productivity measurements to improve processes, determine performance standards, and conduct operations cost and usage analyses. It also involves designing, implementing, evaluating, and/or utilizing computerized management reports from risk information management systems to prepare written recommendations to improve workload balancing and process efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Create/program/update dashboards, databases and reporting for all teams Monitor SLA adherence and trends by customer for proactive operations actions Maintain an SLA database for contractual SLAs and deadlines Dashboard development to track dispute processes and success rates Calculate SLA accruals Validate SLA submissions Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly customer-facing scorecards Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly internal SQ scorecards Support MBR and QBR presentations and data collection Develop Claims Dashboard and reporting by SLAs and exposures Maintain Research Timeliness dashboards and reporting Maintain data quality across systems Build reports that notify teams of issues to drive improvements in operations Leverage systems, relationships, and process design to drive continuous improvement in cost, quality and efficiency Maintain positive Employee Relations and a cooperative team atmosphere Uphold high ethical standards and protect the Brink’s reputation by delivering high-quality programs and services Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data analysis and preparation Intermediate to high level of technical skills in PowerBi, Excel and Tableau Understanding of project KPIs (e.g., Targets vs Actuals, Baseline vs Forecast) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of experience Preferred Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in data analysis and preparation Knowledge in supply chain analytics Master’s Degree or equivalent level of experience Professional Skills
