Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support Amazon Supply Chain Services (ASCS), Amazon's comprehensive suite of supply chain solutions that help businesses transport, warehouse, fulfill, deliver, and plan their movement of goods across both on- and off-Amazon channels. Our services include Multi-Channel Commerce & Fulfillment (MCCF), Amazon Freight, and Amazon Shipping, enabling businesses to either fully outsource their supply chain operations or selectively integrate specific services into their existing processes. The successful candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, experience with data-driven decision making, and the ability to deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment. You will support the MCCF team in delivering insights and automated solutions to drive efficiencies. You will work cross-functionally to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive operational excellence across ASCS services. Key responsibilities
Analyze complex business problems and develop data-driven solutions Document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications Support the evaluation and implementation of new tools and processes Drive continuous improvement initiatives across ASCS businesses Create and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to track key business metrics Partner with product, operations, and technical teams to identify process improvements and optimization opportunities Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategy A day in the life
As the Business Analyst, you will work closely with multiple business and finance teams across MCCF / ASCS and with other central finance teams (such as Ops Central Finance, Product teams and IPAT) to standardize and automate the 8 ASCS P&Ls. This person will also help deliver the automation roadmap for the MCCF business with the objective of eliminating manual inputs and driving automation. This person will be the main POC to the Data Analytics team and define the data and reports required by Finance from this team. About the Team

With ASCS, businesses can offload their full supply chain planning & execution or they can choose to integrate an à la carte menu of composable supply chain primitives into their existing processes. For many years, these services have been used by Amazon sellers as standalone solutions and have played a central role in improving the Amazon CX and reducing our CTS. Basic Qualifications
3+ years of business or financial analysis experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience with SQL Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders 4+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience 3+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience Experience in Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau Preferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position ranges from $66,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $143,100/year in our highest geographic market.
