We’re looking for a Technical Implementation Lead
to be the driving force behind our customer's success by leading critical platform onboarding and major module deployments. This is a pivotal opportunity to join a
bright, mission-driven team
that is passionate about using technology to solve sustainability challenges for our planet. You will be integral to
delivering real impact
by ensuring our solution accelerates clean infrastructure deployment around the world. This is the first dedicated Technical Implementation hire on the Customer Success team, meaning you will not just execute, but
own and define the technical strategy, processes, and playbooks for how we deliver value.

Lead and own
end-to-end customer implementations, serving as the
primary technical point of contact
for complex module rollouts and integrations. Map and validate
data across disparate source systems, translating it into clean,
actionable workflows and reporting views . Configure
dashboards, modules, and internal process flows that are directly aligned with our customer's
business outcomes and strategic goals. Ensure data integrity and security
throughout the implementation lifecycle, promoting scalability and adherence to best-practice playbooks. Collaborate cross-functionally
with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to share customer insights and directly inform the product roadmap. Develop and socialize reusable templates, playbooks, and implementation documentation
to build scalable success processes. What You’ll Bring:
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS
technical implementation, integration engineering, or solution delivery. Demonstrated experience building, scaling, or significantly refining
a professional services or implementation practice within a high-growth SaaS environment. Expert knowledge of data architecture, APIs, and workflow automation
(mapping, transformation, and validation). Strong, demonstrable project management expertise
(e.g., managing timelines, identifying risks, driving consensus) required to lead complex SaaS platform rollouts in an enterprise environment. Compelling communication skills —the ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations and translate complex technical concepts for executives or non-technical business users. Startup Mindset:
Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable
defining processes and building structure
as you go. Bachelor's degree required. Bonus Qualifications: Strong proficiency with core financial principles
and complex financial data sets. Experience with project finance or infrastructure workflows

Ongoing opportunities to learn and grow, including: Design and scale
the entire Technical Implementation function, providing a direct path to a future growth role as the company expands. Influence broader strategic customer initiatives
(e.g., geographic or market expansion, etc.). Collaborate closely with and learn from
the founders, executives, and cross-functional teammates. Reporting & Location: This role reports to VP, Customer Success and is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco office (3 days in office/2 remote). Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000 base salary, commensurate with experience, plus incentive bonus based on performance and meaningful equity. Visa Sponsorship:
