We’re working with a well-established, privately-owned, AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in Tampa that is ready to welcome a
Board-Certified Veterinary Surgeon
to join its surgical team. This hospital is part of a progressive veterinary group with a 60-year history of excellence, compassion, and integrity in the Tampa community.
The hospital boasts state-of-the-art surgical facilities with heated tables, tailored anesthetic protocols, advanced sterilization, and multi-parameter monitoring (ECG, blood pressure, oxygen saturation). With capabilities to offer orthopedics, soft-tissue, neurologic, and emergency procedures, they’re looking for someone to complement their current team and maintain their standing as a leading hospital in the Tampa area.
You’ll be joining a highly collaborative environment where veterinarians participate in journal club discussions, share knowledge across several nearby sister hospitals, and benefit from the mentorship of nationally recognized leaders in veterinary medicine. The hospital is cat-friendly certified, has a loyal client base, and enjoys long-tenured staff, many of whom have been with the practice for over 20 years!

About You DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US You hold (or are eligible for) a Florida veterinary license Board Certified or Residency Trained Veterinary Surgeon Experienced in advanced orthopedic and soft-tissue procedures Collaborative, mentorship-minded, and committed to high-quality, compassionate care
