Managing DVM , you’ll be more than a clinician—you’ll be a mentor, a motivator, and a visionary leader. You’ll:
Provide medical and non-medical leadership for the practice.
Support and guide associate veterinarians.
Ensure compliance while upholding the highest standards of veterinary ethics.
Foster a collaborative, supportive environment where your team can thrive.
Shape the direction of the practice and advance medical care.
Enjoy a steady caseload with a balance of medical and surgical cases.

2 full-time DVMs, 2 certified technicians, and 4 veterinary assistants —a great doctor-to-tech ratio.

What We’re Looking For
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited AVMA program.
Active (or eligible) Wisconsin license, plus DEA/BNDD eligibility.
Excellent communicator with strong leadership and collaboration skills.
At least
1 year of veterinary experience
(leadership experience a plus!).

$120,000-$140,000/yr based on experience .
