We are seeking a dependable, quality-focused
Facilities Technician
to join our team at
Christian Village , which offers 150 apartment homes for seniors. The Facilities Technician will perform maintenance tasks assigned by the Community or Facilities Director, aiming to uphold our community standards and improve resident satisfaction. Responsibilities include: Managing maintenance and capital improvement activities with Directors. Performing routine preventive maintenance on equipment. Interacting effectively with supervisors, residents, vendors, and co-workers. Promptly satisfying work orders. Maintaining knowledge of HVAC systems, appliances, and basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills. Assisting in preparing vacant apartments for new residents. Prior property maintenance experience preferred. Having your own tools is required. Possessing a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation is strongly preferred. Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of property maintenance experience. Ability to work scheduled hours, walk around the property (including stairs), lift heavy items, and perform physical tasks as needed. Silver Tree Residential is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug-Free Workplace.
