Our client, a leader in precision manufacturing for the medical technology industry, is seeking a Mitsubishi Laser Operator to join their dedicated team. As a Mitsubishi Laser Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Operate Mitsubishi ML3015EX-F60 laser machines to produce high‑quality metal components.
Ensure the laser is consistently producing parts that meet quality standards.
Make minor program adjustments for cutting conditions and part manipulation.
Collaborate with inspectors to guarantee part quality and troubleshoot issues with programmers.
Produce fixtures and assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 3 years experience in precision sheet metal manufacturing.
Basic machine operation skills and familiarity with NC programming.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and print call outs.
Proficiency in using calipers and understanding basic mathematics.
Strong print reading skills and the ability to manipulate G-code for process improvements.
