Job Summary Project Manager ensures the timely, safe and cost effective management of departmental projects. Project manage contractors, employees, vendors, third parties and other internal departments to achieve stated goals. Additionally, the candidate must be competent at the full scope of project management duties associated with the departmental goals. Successful candidates must be able to manage in a team environment, working within the organization and cross departmentally. This position will continually reevaluate and improve processes in order to increase efficiency.
Qualification Requirements Education High School Diploma is required for the role.
Four Year Degree is preferred for the role Relevant engineering, technology, business management.
Experience Level 2 years of Telecommunications experience is Required.
4 years of Project Management experience is Required.
2 years of Leadership, supervisory, or related experience is Preferred.
Other candidates with a strong technical background and substantial industry or military experience will be considered.
Job Skills & Knowledge
Advanced knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis
Strongly preferred PMP, CAPM, BICSI, or similar certifications
Proactive Task Management
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Demonstrated (advanced) problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products.
Strongly preferred experience with Adobe Acrobat, Sitetracker, Smartsheet, Microsoft Visio, and/or Render
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
