The Role Fidelity's Quant Research Technology Option Overlay team is looking for a Senior Systems analyst to help deliver options overlay strategies to SMA space. You will play an important role working with application teams to gather requirements, evolve them into work items, design test case scenarios and validate team's output. We place a high importance on the capability to work closely with team members, engineers, architects, and product areas across business units. This individual should possess communication skills that can influence and educate audiences comprised of technical and non-technical roles. Bridges gaps between business and technology teams.
Diligent Precision in documentation and validation is critical.

Familiar with iterative development and backlog management.

The Team Be part of our team developing a cutting-edge platform for launching a new Options Overlay Product in Asset Management Technology group. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to a distinct project. AM Tech is growing within Fidelity's 'Investment Frontier Neighborhood', enriching our Liquid Alts offerings. We employ diverse market instruments, such as derivatives and equities. Note: Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position The base salary range for this position is $80,000-153,000 USD per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidates relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
