HR Generalist Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, people-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities of the HR Generalist include:
- Manage HRIS data, personnel files, and employee records
- Support weekly payroll processing and benefits administration (enrollment, changes, terminations, invoice reconciliation, open enrollment)
- Conduct new hire onboarding and assist with offboarding
- Ensure compliance with employment laws (EEO, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, etc.)
- Support employee relations, investigations, and engagement programs
- Assist with recruiting, HR projects, and reporting
Requirements of the HR Generalist:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, OR 3+ years of HR experience
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment law
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- HR certification and UKG experience preferred
