We believe the future of travel should be seamless and powered by technology that delights customers at every step. That’s why we’re building a platform that brings together corporate travel, a powerful charge card, and modern spend management in one place.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Production Designer to join our Brand team. This mid‑level role is for someone who is technically excellent and thrives in systems. You’ll help bring our brand to life across every surface, bridging the gap between brand design and product by building, maintaining, and scaling the design systems that keep our work consistent and sharp.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the production and delivery of assets across brand, growth, product, and marketing channels.
  • Translate brand concepts into scalable, systemized design solutions inside Figma and beyond.
  • Build and maintain component libraries, templates, and guidelines that designers and partners can use seamlessly.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all outputs – digital, print, product UI, and motion.
  • Partner with designers, product teams, and developers to QA design implementation.
  • Organize files and workflows to ensure smooth collaboration and handoffs.
  • Find ways to scale great design without sacrificing craft.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in production or system‑oriented design roles.
  • Advanced expertise in Figma (libraries, components, variants…)
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; interactive/motion knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience working at the intersection of brand and product design.
  • Detail‑oriented with a systems mindset you love clean files, clear naming, and organized libraries.
  • Comfortable working across formats (digital, product UI, social, print, events).

Why This Role Matters

You’ll ensure our work is technically sound, our brand is consistent everywhere it shows up, and our creative work can scale as fast as our company grows.

Location Information

We have offices in New York and Denver and offer hybrid options. We are also willing to consider fully remote employees anywhere in the U.S. for the right candidate.
