Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

• *Job Title:** Production Workers & Forklift Operators
• *Location:** Hot Springs, AR
• *Pay Range:** $17.34 - $19.34
• *Shift:** 2nd & 3rd Shift
• *What's the Job?**

• Document all raw materials used in the batch record accurately.
• Operate processing machines, making adjustments to meet product specifications.
• Record machine operation functions, readings, and finished goods details.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards through testing and inspection.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and support equipment.

**What's Needed?**

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write basic correspondence.
• Basic math skills for formulation and measurement tasks.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly, occasionally up to 100 pounds.
• Prior forklift operation required for the Forklift Operator roles. Must pass a written forklift certification test and operate forklifts safely.
