Key Responsibilities: Manage month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Oversee grant accounting and reporting, maintaining compliance with federal, state, and private funding requirements. Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support data-driven leadership decisions. Strengthen internal controls to protect assets and ensure adherence to GAAP and IRS standards. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team across accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred). Minimum 4+ years of nonprofit finance experience with a strong understanding of grant accounting and compliance. Proficiency in financial software (QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, or similar) with exceptional analytical and communication skills.
