Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs)
to provide compassionate, hands-on care in our Assisted Living community. Whether you’re helping with daily routines or brightening someone’s day with a smile, your work will bring dignity, respect, and purpose to the lives of our residents. What You’ll Do
Provide resident-centered care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, meals, and mobility assistance
Support residents with encouragement, patience, and respect
Monitor changes in resident condition and report updates to nursing staff
Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and fellow caregivers to follow personalized care plans
Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families through compassionate care
Qualifications
Active
CNA certification in the State of North Carolina
(required)
CPR certification preferred
Previous experience in assisted living or long-term care a plus (training available)
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented personality
Strong communication and attention-to-detail
