Overview
OnTrac is hiring Seasonal Package Handlers. This role supports increased seasonal demand with the potential for continued employment based on performance and business needs.
Location and Compensation
Location: 19681 Commerce Pkwy, Middleburg Heights, OH 44130
Pay: $17.00 per hour, plus a $2.00 per hour Peak Pay Bonus Incentive
Shift: Wednesday through Saturday, 3:00 AM – 8:30 AM or End of Sort. Hours are subject to change based on business needs. End of Sort is the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities as directed by site management.
Responsibilities
- Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes
- Load trucks for deliveries
- Be a team player and collaborate to complete daily goals
- Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stay on your feet for the duration of shifts
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures (hot and cold)
- Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs
