Warehouse Package Handler - Seasonal Job at OnTrac in Louisville

Overview

We are hiring Seasonal Warehouse Associate / Package Handlers for our Louisville, KY location. This is a seasonal position, expected to last until January 2, 2026. Some Seasonal Warehouse Associate / Package Handler positions may be converted for long-term employment after peak. Apply to join the OnTrac team.

Pay: $17.00/hr. Temporary pay will be $18.00 per hour. From now until January 2, 2026, we are offering a $1.00 pay increase to our regular pay. On 1/2/2026, pay will return to the normal rate of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks for deliveries and assist with warehouse tasks as part of a team.
• Operate in a safe manner; safety is a core value.
• Be a reliable team member who works with others to get the job done.

Shift information

• Shift: 5 AM – End of Sort (approximately 20-25 hours per week). Days and hours vary based on business needs.
• Options include: Saturday through Wednesday, Friday through Monday, Thursday through Monday, Saturday through Tuesday.

Required skills and qualifications

• Ability to stay on your feet and remain active throughout the shift.
• Dependability, flexibility, and reliability.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, or pull 25 to 35 lbs; occasionally carry up to 50 lbs and occasionally push or pull up to 150 lbs using a pallet jack or gaylords to transport large packages.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot and cold) in the warehouse.
• Gloves and work boots are recommended
