We are looking for a detail-oriented and curious Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across departments. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong communication skills and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights.

General Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and opportunities.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate findings.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across various sources.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests.

Qualifications

Must Have

• Minimum of 1 year experience in supply chain or data analysis.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English due to the internal and external stakeholders.
• Power BI or Tableau.
• Basic Statistics Knowledge.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration.

Nice to Have

• SQL.
• Python (Basic Analytics, Data Cleaning, Data Collection, Machine Learning).
