Position Summary

The Technical Recruiter is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and placing technical and professional candidates to meet client staffing needs. This position requires strong sourcing skills, sound judgment in assessing both technical and interpersonal fit, and the ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire technical and professional positions.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Screen candidates for technical qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Present qualified candidates to Account Managers with accurate, concise, and relevant summaries.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding processes in alignment with client and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data in the ATS to ensure compliance and reporting accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the placement and assignment lifecycle.
  • Partner closely with Account Managers and leadership to anticipate hiring trends and proactively build talent pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in technical recruiting; staffing agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to identify, engage, and close candidates for technical, engineering, or IT positions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology platforms.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
  • Background in some competitive outlet i.e., sports, gaming, debate, dance, etc.
