Overview
We are seeking a versatile and experienced professional to lead both financial and human resources functions at our boutique options trading firm. This hybrid role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in finance and hands‑on experience in HR operations, looking to make a meaningful impact in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting activities.
- Manage cash flow, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with leadership to align financial and HR strategies with business objectives.
- Lead HR efforts including employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and policy development.
- Support organizational development and culture initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, with exposure to HR functions.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in trading, financial services, or similarly fast‑paced environments.
- Ability to work independently and manage confidential information with discretion.
