Overview
CoralTree hospitality is seeking a VP of Restaurants, Bars, & Events to join our Home Office team in Englewood, CO. This position is a strategic leadership role guiding CoralTree Hospitality’s vision for all restaurant, bar, and event operations, with a primary focus on long‑term development, concept positioning, and the integration of F&B into the overall real estate strategy. The ideal candidate will be a high performer with robust experience in lifestyle and luxury hotels, as well as independent restaurants. Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Define and execute the long‑term strategic vision for all restaurant, bar, and event operations across the CoralTree Hospitality portfolio.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including ownership groups, asset managers, and internal teams to develop Pro‑Forma recommendations while leading new concept development and repositioning efforts that align with brand identity, elevate guest experience, and respond to market demands.
- Collaborate with Home Office Operations Leads, Finance Leadership, Procurement and CoralTree Hospitality Roundtable Members to strategically plan property‑level organizational structures and key initiatives.
Development & Repositioning
- Partner with development teams on all new‑build and renovation projects to ensure F&B concepts are positioned for long‑term success.
- Assess market trends and identify opportunities for portfolio‑wide innovation in dining, beverage, and event experiences.
- Collaborate with designers, branding experts, and culinary leaders to develop unique and scalable restaurant and bar concepts that fit within CoralTree’s broader vision.
- Oversee all Restaurant, Bar, and Event OS&E procurement functions for renovations and new builds including uniforms, tabletop, and menu design, ensuring each element reflects brand development and strengthens the property’s storytelling.
- Will lead property recommendations for in‑room dining, mini/honor bar, coffee programs, and non‑alcoholic selections to ensure consistency with brand identity, guest expectations, and market trends.
Operational Excellence & Oversight
- Offer thought partnership and collaborate with the Director of Restaurant and Bar Operations to ensure programming aligns with development strategies and operational execution.
- Establish and maintain brand‑wide service standards and guest experience initiatives to ensure operational consistency across the portfolio.
- Foster cross‑functional collaboration with procurement (Avendra, Craftable, IMI and OS&E needs), culinary, sales, and marketing to drive synergy between F&B and other hotel departments.
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
- Serve as a liaison of the Home Office between CoralTree Hospitality leadership, property GMs, and ownership groups for all restaurant, bar, and event development initiatives.
- Promote high‑level F&B talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the right leadership is in place to execute the brand’s vision.
- Act as a thought leader and industry ambassador for CoralTree Hospitality’s F&B innovation, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of hospitality‑driven dining experiences. Where possible, be present in industry events to further the promotion of Coraltree.
Financial & Business Oversight
- Support portfolio properties in achieving revenue and profitability goals through operational efficiencies.
- Analyze sales trends, guest feedback, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Track metrics for measurement and trending.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to encourage the development of promotions, activations, and seasonal programming that drive foot traffic and engagement.
Collaboration & Property Support
- Act as a bridge between home office leadership and on‑property operations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operational effectiveness and provide hands‑on support for property teams.
- Advocate for on‑ground needs of restaurants and bars, ensuring that leadership has the resources required for success. This includes Task Force needs and permanent role fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in Food & Beverage management.
- 3‑5 years of restaurant conceptualization experience.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business, or related field preferred.
- Expertise within lifestyle and luxury hotels and/or the independent restaurant space.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and achieving profitability goals.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high‑performing teams.
- Competence in leadership, collaboration, and driving cultural pillars and values.
- Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.

Location
This role will be based in our Home Office in Englewood, CO.
Compensation
$180,000 - $220,000/yr. + bonus
This role will be open through 12/31/2025 or until the role is filled.
