What You’ll Do

• Oversee all accounting operations and ensure compliance with regulations
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review
• Conduct audits and implement internal controls to safeguard assets
• Lead and mentor a team of accountants, fostering professional growth
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
• Coordinate budgeting processes and monitor budget variances

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA strongly preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including ASC 606 revenue recognition
• Familiarity with payroll and corporate tax regulations across multiple states
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
• Demonstrated expertise in month-end and year-end close processes, including W-2 and 1099 preparation
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle accounting, including reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis
• Experience overseeing multi-state payroll and corporate tax filing
