Responsibilities

A Lobby Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests to deliver outstanding guest service and support the hotel's financial profitability. The hours are 3‑11 PM. Rate: $17.00 – $19.06 per hour DOE.

• Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, offices and banquet/meeting/conference rooms.
• Dust, polish furniture and fixtures, vacuum, mop, sweep, shampoo carpets, wash windows, clean/wax floors, remove and dispose of trash and empty ashtrays.
• Greet guests in a friendly manner.
• Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms as needed.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (e.g., mattress flipping, furniture moves) as required.
• Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed.
