About the Role

The recruiting team is responsible for driving GlossGenius’s success by finding extraordinary people that are excited by our mission to empower entrepreneurship. As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and timely interview process for all candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers. This is a critical role that directly influences our candidate experience and the speed at which we scale our business.

You will report to the Manager, Business Recruiting. You must be commutable to our NYC headquarters and will operate in a hybrid environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Interview Scheduling & Logistics: Manage a high volume of complex interview schedules for all departments and time zones, ensuring all parties are aligned and interviews are scheduled as quickly as possible
  • Enhance Candidate Experience: Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the interview cycle; own communications pertaining to scheduling, ensuring a seamless, informative and positive experience
  • Maintain Operational Excellence: Ensure interview kits are completed, debriefs are scheduled and attended, candidate profiles are accurate and up-to-date, and we’re utilizing AI tools to improve efficiency
  • Recruiting Team Enablement: Support the recruiting team by proactively tracking interviewer capacity, training progress (e.g., Values Interview training), and ensuring all interviewers are equipped with the correct materials
  • Ad hoc support: Support recruiters with sourcing and other projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Up to 1 year of experience in a high-volume administrative, coordination, or adjacent role
  • Experience with an ATS (like Greenhouse) is a strong plus
  • A demonstrated ability to manage complex scheduling logistics, maintain clean data, and execute tasks with near-perfect accuracy
  • An innate sense of urgency with a proven ability to prioritize critical path items and push for quick results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging and convey complex information clearly, professionally, and warmly
  • The initiative to problem-solve and seek out information independently
