The Opportunity

The Recruiting Coordinator role offers a unique opportunity to help build the recruiting function for DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency), the innovation agency of the U.S. Department of Defense tasked with making pivotal investments in breakthrough technologies for national security. The Agency creates transformational change by working within an entrepreneurial ecosystem that includes academic, corporate, and governmental partners.

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who loves to organize and facilitate process for acquiring talent in the STEM space capable of inventing the next technological breakthrough. Talent at DARPA has invented or played a key role in innovations such as the internet, GPS, stealth technology, autonomous vehicles, and mRNA vaccines. The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and building relationships with this level of talent. This position is located in Arlington, VA.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience working in a professional environment such as a consulting or professional services firm
  • Ability to work independently and find innovative solutions to challenges
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key technical talent
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail
  • Possession of excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.

Work Model
